A THIRD explosion occurred today. There is now enough radiation in Japan to have devastating results in sickness, possibly death, or at the very least....permanent mutation and future still births.

....Sucks doesn't it.

No joking about it okay! I'm sick of it.

But this affects anyone living near or in the Pacific Ocean.

So....take heed people!!!!

Below is some helpful tips to survive a FALLOUT!

There ARE ways to limit your exposure and survive a fallout effect with minimal to no damage.

Although the explosion of reactors in Japan are NOT as large as a A-Bomb during Hiroshima, radioactive fallout reaching many parts of the Pacific will occur, but hopefully to a minimal degree.

So take heed to these basic tips I also got from other sources.

-Stay Indoors OFTEN!
-Wash your clothes OFTEN!
-Take showers OFTEN!
-Have a supply of bottled water and caned/dried foods to last about 2 weeks.
-Get a multivitamin rich in antioxidants and a mild amount of iodine.
-Wash your fruits and veggies EXTRA well.
-Turn off Air-Con or Heaters to avoid air from the outside getting inside.

But people living near the Pacific Ocean. Take CAUTION for the next month or so.
