THAT WAS SO COOL! WOW NATIVE AMERICAN FLASH!

For those who don't know what Kokopelli is....

couresy of Wikipedia.

Kokopelli is a fertility deity, usually depicted as a humpbacked flute player (often with a huge phallus and antenna-like protrusions on his head), who has been venerated by many Native American cultures in the Southwestern United States. Like most fertility deities, Kokopelli presides over both childbirth and agriculture. He is also a trickster god and represents the spirit of music.

Because of his influence over human sexuality, Kokopelli is often depicted with an inhumanly large phallus. Among the Ho-Chunk, this penis is detachable, and he sometimes leaves it in a river in order to have sex with girls who bathe there. Among the Hopi, Kokopelli carries unborn children on his back and distributes them to women (for this reason, young girls are often deathly afraid of him). He often takes part in rituals relating to marriage, and Kokopelli himself is sometimes depicted with a consort, a woman called Kokopelmana by the Hohokam and Hopi.

Kokopelli also presides over the reproduction of game animals, and for this reason, he is often depicted with animal companions such as rams and deer. Other common creatures associated with him include sun-bathing animals such as snakes, or water-loving animals like lizards and insects. Because of this, some scholars believe that Kokopelli's flute is actually a blowgun (or started out as one), but this is a minority opinion.
In his domain over agriculture, Kokopelli's fluteplaying chases away the Winter and brings about Spring. Many tribes, such as the Zuni, also associate Kokopelli with the rains. He frequently appears with Paiyatamu, another flautist, in depictions of maize-grinding ceremonies. Some tribes say he carries seeds and babies on his back.
In recent years, the emasculated version of Kokopelli has been adopted as a broader symbol of the Southwestern United States as a whole. His image adorns countless items such as T-shirts, ball caps, and keychains. A bicycle trail between Grand Junction, Colorado, and Moab, Utah, is now known as the Kokopelli Trail.

I can honestly say you've ventured your animation skills in a way no one has ever though of. The growing of the trees was a tad repeative though, I couldn't tell if I was watching a loop or not. But that was good! I never seen something soo...sooo cultured! GOOD JOB!

Are you by any chance Native American? PM me sometimes!

Not to say it didn't keep me from watching it.

It was enticing enough for me to watch the entire thing. That's saying something. Your art style is basic, story is presented in a new way, but the ending is a bit cliche. I leaves me with a "I dunno" feeling. You will or you won't pass judgement. It's not to me to decide. But I wouldn't be surprised either way. Cause it was both Good...yet Bad also you know what I mean?

You've got a new way of story presentation, that's a good point. But the animation could use some work. The ending was eiher bad or good. I can't tell. This flash leaves me feeling very neutral.

A little Early for Christmas....

But for a loop, that was so funny! The Music matches just right with the "movements" of the animation. That's creativity :D

I sure hope this passes judgement! Good Luck!

WOW! That was cool!

These definately belong in either Serious Shorts or Noir. Good Job! nice 3-D effect.

FaithlessFrank responds:

Thanks... the 3d was done in maya and exported as a swf and imported into flash where it was editied further obviously.

Beautiful! This should be a manga

Heh? A Manga eh? What about it? This has potential story for at least a short novel. Think about it? :P

WOW!!! I'm mean you know WOW!

Your action sequences and suspensful story lines make you an great flash animator! I can't wait for the next episode! I sure with this was an anime! That would be so awsome!

FUnny!

I ended up listen it 3 times! It's so funny! It's such a chatchy tune! Your non-sense humor is rivel to mython python :P

This was enjoyable

It's like the awsome series. You know that series that makes fun of videogames. You just a few notches below him cause he has better voice acting, but your ideas are just as funny! I hope you continue and making awsome satires of videogames!

Maxaroni5 responds:

hee hee hee

That was Amazing!

Like SMBZ only with incredible voice acting! I can't wait till the next episode! PM me when it's up! I look forward to it! You get my 5 and my 10

Cool! I wish you could do the whole game!

You should really start from the very beginning but if you end up doing the whole game that would be good too. You get my 5 and 10! An anime version of KingDomHearts is something I always hoped for! The game takes way too much of my time to beat. But I think the story is fantastic!

As an Adult I don't have 90 hours to spare on videogames. (that's how long it took me). But then again, I guess you can't really enjoy the story without playing it. Oh well...maybe I'll play it again when I retire from work! :P-phttt

KobraEditing responds:

I actually did start from the beginning...check out the manga...this is all of the first five chapters without the side story of Donald and Goofy
