You'll probably despise me for saying this, but you aren't really a philosopher. I have no doubt that you have some good intentions, but your tendency to believe anything without thinking it though isn't going to help at all.

Dude, I write these at like...3am in the morning.

I'm hardly thinking, just letting my inner subconscious doing the typing. Just letting the words type out on their own you know?

Just...you know...letting my thoughts out.

A good emotional outlet before bed. Helps with the tossing and turning.

This kid's been asking some of the same questions http://jordand.newgrounds.com/ . Now I know, he's only reporting on other people's studies, but I'm thinking much of it's correct.
There's Hell, for un-ascended beings like cats, dogs and people who can't reach "the light".
There's Heaven, for those who are willing to be reborn into an unfathomable, non-corporeal existence.
Then there's super Heaven, and above that, that's where God chills.
I think Hell's like a compost heap for beings that can't or won't let go of harmful emotions.
Meh. You can conjecture all you like, but if Fate does rule damn near everything, well, we'll see when we get there. Whatever happens, happens.

Good choice man.

Que Sera Sera.

I hate the fact religious people fear going to Hell and use it to convert people. Most religions do not tell them to fear Hell. Usually they're supposed to fear god. Which also sounds a little wrong to me but I think of it as fear of dissapointing like my parents or myself. Not the wrath. Hell is not Gods punishment but our punishment onto ourselves. I believe this is mentioned someplace in the bible. I believe Hell exists. I believe in God. But I don't follow any religions. I don't ignore them though. I listen. Maybe I just cant commit but its too difficult to follow any of them completely. They are all different in so many ridiculous ways and similar at the same time. Most of them all have the same goals.
People are amazing in the way we grow and function but I don't think about us as this great wonderous accomplishment of our species. I know that its God's work and we will never fully understand anything. We tryed and try but we're too flawed. We can do all the good we can in the world and wait.

There truly isn't one single way to look at things.

I think as VAST as the universe is...there is literally no way to truly understand any of it in our short life-time.

@ Fighting Seraph --the post is called random thoughts. Hes not stating any solid philosophy.

I agree with what you say on hell. ..u know, the unnecessary torture. I think I've explained to you my view on Hell before jak, right? The whole .."they translated Sheol, Hades, and Gehenna into the word hell and that in fact Jesus was illustrating the permanence of death, via fiery garbage dump out side of Jerusalem(Gehenna)." as well as the basic logic of injustice. 90yrs/to infinity.
.
I think we were ment to explore the universe.

Ecclesiastes 3:10,11

I'll have to look that up man.

It's just when you start watching shows like "The 700 Club with Pat Robertson". You hear his interpretation and their interview of other cultures how he's being 'slightly' bigoted about them.

People's revelations of their salvation, gays turning to god, etc.

Christianity has become too main stream man.

There are those who don't really do the research or dare to compare with others.

Logic states you cannot come to true consensus without hearing the whole story.

And the world has a whole story to tell.

But yeah, I think we did discuss that before.

I'll look up that verse sometime.

Thanks man.
