The Dalai Lama. Thats deep shit bro.

It is isn't it?

Dude, ANYBODY who studies ANYTHING as deeply as the Dalai Lama does deserves to be listened to. Everybody has a piece of the Truth, and if you study, you'll have more of the Truth than the average person. The Lama most likely has his share of the Truth and 15,000 other people's cuz he's dedicated his life to finding It.

Good luck in analyzing what His Holiness has to say. I wish I could go.

Thanks man.

Dalai Lama wasn't studying. He was simply seeing things for what they were. He was telling the world of a truth, a natural truth that always existed, but one that so many have been blind to. In the search for truth, man has buried it in lies. But someone reintroduced it. After a few thousand years, we could be united. But we aren't. The truth isn't out there. It's just there. It's always been there. But society was born. We were lured away by materials, a chase for love, and we left the modestly dressed truth behind. And in despair, the search for the truth we left behind began.

I've always felt that 'Truth' was closer than it seemed.

Truth was always there. The pursuit for it was created when we left it behind. And now in this world that we created over the natural Earth, we are forever bound by a search for joy, identity, and satisfaction. But we need identity. We had our joy. We were content. But materialism, attachment tore us away.

Human nature is still the same...it's just technology and materialistic things that evolved.
