Out of the ones you mention we've only managed to grow Kale and Tomatoes, the latter in a greenhouse. Climates a bit too cold for the others... it sounds exotic! I'd love to grow Avocado especially... how do those seeds work, are there any duds? Do they all grow?
We do gardening every summer, dig up a plot and plant potatoes (that's the biggest part), a few different types of salad, kale, chives, leek, spinach, carrots, a few types of Swedish turnip (hope Google Translate is doing this right!), dill and parsley, and we have a small greenhouse for tomatoes, cucumbers, paprika and occasionally some herbs. Plenty of herbs grow wild though, like dandylion, yarrow/milfoil (unsure of translation), lady's mantle, sorrel, etc.
Old school is the best school indeed, though most of the plants we have don't last long enough to get seeds, summer's too short in Northern Scandinavia. I gotta disagree with that relaxing thing though, gardening is the most monotone and stressful labor you can have. :) It's when it's all done that you get some real satisfaction, and way tastier products than you can buy!

Good music indeed, smooth and full of wisdom if you listen to it... from an artist previously unknown to me. May he RIP!
What types of veggies?

I've been trying to do things old school.
Growing from the fruit I collect and extracting the seeds.
A valuable skill that anyone should know.
Agriculture is the reason why society and humanity thrived.
I've been successful at growing Avacado, Dragon Fruit, Tomattoes, Basil, Onions, Eggplant, BitterMelon, Watermelon, and Kale.
If you have a yard, try gardening. It's so relaxing and soulfully refreshing.
