Life has been SO chaotic for me lately that fast food is "very" convient and of good value.
However....
I may be saving a few bucks and allot of effort....but I'm slowly losing my health.
And I can feel it, both physically & emotionally.
If you find yourself in a lazy routine of constantly eating out...You should watch this....

Sure it may be a "Scare Documentary" but it's a good kind of scare. Everyone can afford to eat "less fast food".
Remember, just cause your not fat...doesn't mean your healthy.
I highly encourage getting a blood test on your basic overall health on blood sugar levels & cholesterol.

FAST FOOD PIZZA - Couple slices = well over 1000 calories.

Toaster Oven Whole Wheat Pita Bread + Tomatto Sauce + Low Fat Cheese + Sliced Veggies.

FAST FOOD BURGERS - + value money... - Your value health.
Alternative
Home made lean beef patties filled with sliced onions, garlic, spinach.
(Make in bulk and freeze for later.)
Bake or Grill - It'll only take a few minutes.

FAST FOOD BURRITOS - Trust me....the meat quality is worse than dog food.
Alternative
Whole Wheat or Spinach Tortilla + Ground Beef baked in a toaster oven (Drain the fat) + Sliced Veggies (LOTS OF TOMATOES) Add natural hot sauce.
