The list of things you NEED to do when you get the dreaded bug.
1. Sleep
2. Don't stay up playing games. Although you can watch movies on your ipod if you can't sleep.
3. Eat light.
4. Eat salads
5. Drink Soup and Plain Water.
Hopefully in 48 hours you'll recover.
