This game was created by ONE person in a span of FIVE years.

Engaging story, smooth controls, and catchy music!

Obviously this guy was generous because it was originally on freeware, but since then it's best version is on the Wii.

Go buy it for 1200 wii points.

It's really worth it.

Cave Story - An Awesome Indi Game

My boyfriend got me hooked on this game just before we started dating. I'd visit just about every day and we'd play through it. SUCH A GOOD GAME.

That last boss is absolutely insane.

As far as I know, cave story is the only game where you can have the girl's panties as a permanent item in your collection.

I felt so sad that I had to kill Toroko as a boss fight.

I only played through it once. I'm playing it again hoping to get the ultimate boss and secret weapons.

This is indeed a great tribute to retro indi gaming. I mean...the guy did everything by himself! That's pretty dedicated.

looks like an interesting game. I think I can officially say I dont play games alot but I went over my friends house the other day and we played that new Donkey Kong Together.

It was Fun man! I was Didy and I mean the gamplay ...I thought some of the platforming in that game was Genius!

Oh and we played DJ Hero... which can be almost as fun as Guitar hero if you really get into it.

Donkey Kong is a classic return made awesome again.

Yeaaah, I remember this one, played through it a couple of times and even started modding the game. Probably one of the best games I've played. Great story, great music, great graphics, great characters, great.... everything. Really smooth, intense & rewarding. Pixel, the guy behind it, has thrown together a bunch of smaller entertaining games too, none as good as this but all worth a play.
