Not bad...but...

I think you should make the BAss more BOOM BOOM BOOM! you know....cause for techno...it sounds kinda soft...Soft is only good for sex techno, but this is dance techno. It needs to be louder!

It needs lyrics....Think of something good. PErhaps a track rap about halloween and the dangers vs the fun! You know make it a PSA rap!

Not bad but...

your need to make those Dun Dun Dunn DUUUN sounds higher. that what makes street fighter tune so cool. At around 17 seconds if you know what I mean! Listen to the old game tracks and you will know what I mean!
