almost perfect

I'm sure you can find the fix ups on your own...

Mainly the drums with it's lower beat (2x fast beat on the feet is too much, should have a moderate tempo to match with the rest of the song.)

It gets a little bit too fast around 2 minutes...

Very few mistakes...some fix up is all you need.

It's intro is very good...and
It ends very nicely.

I'm pretty darn sure you'll make it as a real band one day. Just keep at it!

Every song you submit has fewer and fewer mistakes...it just proves you've got what it takes!

Good intro...nice an slow acoustics...even motion...the flute in the background is a nice touch...

But around 30 seconds the guitar kinda get's sloppy.

But it gets better after that.

Your voice is definitely ALLOT better!

But "DO YOU KNOW (drop down fast sound....) HOW I GO!! IT was just a BAD DREAM..." (Needs more even flow) "WHEN YOU FALL ASLEEP!

Basically you need to have good flow. Like a water flow.

Powerful lyrics! Love it!

fix that high stuck sound around 3:18...

Remember...you can fix your pieces...and you don't always have to submit if your not sure if it's perfect...unless you just want to know how well or what could be improved.

My advice...once you have enough songs for an album...FIX them....listen to them again and again and again! And fix where you think it could use some changin.

All your songs have such original and great lyrics.

If you ever go pro...Don't let the fame get the best of you...focus on spreading a good message through your music...give considerable amounts of money to charity (secretly) and watch out who you date.

Remember...IF I may preach here...

You will not be entrusted with the Blessings of Heaven unless you can prove you can be responsible with your blessings here on Earth.

Do not let the riches of the world corrupt you...do not let your talents make you arrogant. You do music for the glory of all that is good...how you express yourself in your heart...and how you can make people understand feelings.

I know you will be great envoys of music. You might inspire...make someone change a lifestyle....help people understand.

This reminds me allot of Kingdom Hearts 2

I suppose this is good for those action packed scenes that often involve a big chase or speeding up.

It sounds perfect except I feel that the repetition of the same sound right after 29 seconds is a bit much...it should go directly to the next set of sounds and just flow with it.

Yup, that would probably fit too!

And yes, it probably could've used some more variation but I felt there was enough of that, although I do agree with that the trumpets gave off that repetivity-feeling because it soared above the rest of the stuff every few seconds. Won't happen again without a reason. :p

[Pokemon Sinnoh Pokerap (FULL)]

Wow...this deserves a higher score than it is now.

It must have taken a LONG LONG time to figure out how to create a rhyming symphony of Pokemon names. That Poke-rap was somewhat considered a fiasco when the series first started out (some parents accusing it of being subliminal messaging) but I felt it had a bit of a rhyming effect...and it's even avaliable on I-Tunes download (i think it's still downloadable).

But point being said...it must have taken a long time....only thing I felt it lacked was a chorus.

Like how they say...."With over 150 different kinds of Pok-E-Mon! etc"

But making the names rap is the real challange.

Perhaps is you give the idea to Nintendo...they will make a full length one for American Television. But then again...it might be better as simple fan work, yours to claim and yours alone that is.

Yeah, I agree, a chorus probably would have helped this submission a lot, but being it too late now I hope you'll accept what's here now.

I actually did send the Mp3 to Nintendo Power's offices (at the request of my friends), but have received no response yet. That's fine, however, since I didn't expect anything to happen anyway.

Lastly, the major reason why this song has the score it does now is a combination of people downvoting it because it involves Pokemon and those downvoting it simply because it got a higher place than a song they feel "deserved it more". Not necessarily fair, but hey, this is Newgrounds, closest thing to real life there is. Best deal with it.

very ambient...

Kinda like Coldplay in a sense.

You kinda lost it at around 20 seconds.

But it gets productively better as it plays.

It could afford to be a little in sync,

But suddenly it speeds up around 55 seconds and then slows down.

Keep good tempo...but that's simply with practice

Keep at it! You're only getting better even when it doesn't seem like it.

Not bad! allow me to be the first reviewer.

What needs work on...

Your voice is ALMOST THERE...but

Your voice overpowers the musical instruments. The Bass seems like it needs to be the strongest instrument...it's soft beats will add a nice touch to the music.

The guitar's plucking is a little off..ex. around 1:20 minutes

It starts off a little weak at first....but after about a minute you start getting into the flow of it.

That guitar thing after 2:00 and again after 2:33 minutes needs some work...doesn't really accompany with the rest of the song....sort of.... distracting

What is good....

The lyrics

The soft beginning and ending.

I can almost envision a music video.

Really Good

Your really in tune with each other.

Your voice is also in good tone.

But just before 57 seconds it sounds a little bit complicated. And that note you held wasn't quite steady.

Obviously you could still make improvements on this...but it does sound good.

However, sounding good and keeping good smoothness is another situation.

Some of the instruments I feel like they don't belong, but it can work if you know how long and when during the song you can play them.

Around 3:00 minutes it sounds wierd

again around 3:27...it jumbles...like you messed up the rhythm.

3:50 guitar solo should be longer

Overall Very satisfied with the song.

Be sure to include the lyrics, I'm sure people will want to know what your sing about.

actually, the reason the drums got messed up is because antoine, our drummer, dropped a drumstick around 3:20 when he was laying down his drum tracks, so i had to run over there and give it to him. i was the one monitoring the drum tracks at that point, so i had to leave my spot and rush over there, which is something i will hardly do because i have to make sure the tracks don't overdo their peak point. (mixer term XP)

I would make good music for a chase scene.

Then again...it sounds something I would hear in a Megaman X series game.
