Foods you should eat and eat often...

.
/* */
Trust me fellow dudes and dudets.

-Don't smoke if you have the will not to
-Drink alcohol in healthy 'moderation'
-Eat healthy
-Drink Tea, Water, Juice - no sodas if can. HFCS is NOT good for you.

Your health is probably the most important thing that can help prevent things like Cancer and stuff.

Next to getting hit by a car, you really should try obvious ways to stay alive.

I'm not saying you should STOP eating junk foods and stuff.

But consider if you might be eating too much or drinking too much.

Trust me, take GOOD care of your health. And it all begins with making a few simple food choices.

Start by eating at least 5 servings of fresh fruit or veggies a day.

Start drinking more water than sugary drinks. Eliminate Sodas if you have the will to.

Give it a month of dedication, and you'll see that you'll enjoy fruits and veggies more than you once thought before.

-Jak

Classic Japanese Super Heroes from the 70's still lives on!

These classic heros and heroins inspired the all famous "Henshin" catch phrase
(which literally means "transform")

Kamen Rider - Insect Armored Warriors

.
/* */
Cutie Honey - Hottie Android with many disguises!

.
/* */
Super Sentai (original Power Rangers) - Samurai Version

.
/* */

Everyone say..."Henshin!"

When I was little....REALLY little.

They used to show this on public Kikku Japanese Channel on TV (it used to be subbed) shit! Why didn't I study Japanese better!

Anyhoo...

This is a TV show called "Doraemon"

Summary: Nobita is a young boy who learns he is destined for greatness in scientific works. But he is lazy and incompetent and often treats situations in a nonchalant manner. So his future son sent a robot-cat (who doesn't have ears) to train him to be a better student with the use of quirky gadgets. But this show is interesting because all of these gadgets are completely illogical! He and his friends go on many adventures (often time-traveling).

Note: I vaguely remember this episode. Basically the gang finds a journal they start writing their dreams about their future. But the journal actually has the power to make the most powerful ambition come true. But at a price, the gang soon realizes that the future is desolate and grim. They try to travel back only to land in the prehistoric age. Once they get back, Doraemon uses the TIme Reversal blanket to wipe the journal clean.

Don't ask...I know this show makes NO sense at all, but it was fun for me back then.

.
/* */

/* */
Allot of the gadgets include....

1. Flash light that makes things grow.
2. Cloning serium. Just add hair.
3. Propeller hats.
4. Time reversal blanket

man...if you watched the series as long as I have, allot of the gadgets don't make ANY sense at all.
______

Left Top : Gian (Bully Friend)
Left Bottom : Nobita (boy destined for greatness)
Middle : Doraemon (Robot cat without ears - don't ask)
Left Top : Shizuka (Nobita's future wife)
Left Bottom : Suneo (a rich little bastard)

I'm actually done scouting art people.

10 scouts is plenty good enough for me to maintain and watch over, etc.

Plus it's nice to keep in touch with all my closest artists.

Besides...I already scouted some pretty "good" ones.

______________

So this post is dedicated to two impressive artists I found unscouted.

pikarobo is an artist who has dedicated himself to making clay figures of famous NG characters.

spiffymai makes some kick ass looking hotties!

Go scout them!

Decent for the Die-Hard fans, Good for beginners of the series.
___________________________

Let's face it, allot of you have NEVER seen an Astro Boy cartoon in it's prime.

The 60's and 80's version really captured the heart of the series.

It covered the more sensitive subjects that are often left out in modern day cartoons.

-Predjuice
-Equality
-Human Rights (or Robot Rights)
-And Self-Sacrifice

In the 80's cartoon, Astro Boy was just a kid and he had to deal with allot of harsh trials.
Things that are never expressed in modern cartoons. NEVER.
It's so sweet and innocent it disgusts me at times.

Astro Boy is a prime example of terrific story telling. RIP Osamu Tezuka.

Osamu Tezuka really knew how to tell good story.

But you can do research on that later. Right now...let's focus on Astro Boy.

Now before you see the movie, it's important to understand this movie is basically a re-telling of the story for the newer generation.

It's been that way since the 60's, 80's, and 00's cartoon version.

1960 - very child friendly

.
/* */
1980 - more serious on ethics

.
/* */
2003 - a little cooler

.
/* */
2009 - Movie, pretty decent, but only follows the key point of the story.

.
/* */
I give the movie a 3.5 out of 5.

As an origin story, I feel they could've been more traditional. Some characters and jokes are a bit cliche but it's for the kids amusements. And the graphics are not 100% great.

They did keep a few things traditional. Their not spoilers but you'll recognize them if you've watched the old shows.

-Robot Circus
-Tentacle Monster (1960's intro)
-Robot Battle
-etc.

But I did enjoy it enough to pay full price. And if you're a die hard fan of the series. I would give it a matinee.

But still good. Just not great.

Astro Boy Movie Review : 3.5/5

LOL - No, not really. But I think it's a good idea.

Because for the past week, all I've been seeing on Google was Sesame Street 40th anniversary.

A whole WEEK!

And why does Gandi's B-Day only get one?

It's been over a week of seeing Sesame Street on Google. Yeah I get it!

PBS paying off Google that's why!
Advertising the Franchise! Phhhtt!
I used to love Sesame Street, but for some strange reason, I enjoy seeing it ridiculed.
Ex: Maniac Mark: David's Adventure Ep. 6 - Sesame Street Massacre

Here some sides of Sesame Street you'll hardly ever see.

Bringing up the topic so suddenly! Aids was never talked about in a Sesame Street episode since.

Japan Punk version of Bert and Errni teach english to celebrity

.
/* */
"When I get drunk, I like to touch female butt" XD

Probably the best youtube edit of a Sesame Street Rap

.
/* */
Still, I enjoyed Sesame Street to the point of their mini-movies. I enjoyed all of Big Birds' travels around the world. Well...at least I know he traveled to Japan and China.

.
/* */
________

I enjoyed the previous collabs ridiculing Metal Gear, Street Fighter, Transformers....

I think it's high time Newgrounds made fun of Sesame Street.

Reasons
-The controversy
-The retardedness
-The fact that Stamper could twist the Yip Yips to look like vaginas. - LOL JK
-Any flash artists could find SOMETHING to make fun of Sesame Street
-I personally think it'll be a good idea.
-The Collabs is what makes Newgrounds more popular as well as the topic being made fun of.
-Both parties will benefit in a sense.

Old Interview - he totally disses Ralph Bakshi

.
/* */
Here is his oldest and sickest cartoon - Lupo the Butcher

.
/* */
Someone actually dared him to make a kids show. So all he did was fax a crewed cartoon drawing of Ed Edd n Eddy, and five minutes later, he was making cartoons.

For the past 10 fucking years! I have been awaiting his very last episode.
10 FUCKIN YEARS! He finally decides to release the movie to the US tomorrow!

So here's a sneak peak of the Scandinavian version. -LOL

Even for you die-hard fans of the Jak Series, this game is still not for you.

The game-play is nothing compared to previous Jak titles. If you wanna enjoy the Jak franchise, just buy the old games.

Jak is dead, that's a major disappointment on my end.

-Lousy programing
-Cliche Story
-Poor Voice Acting
-Nothing from the past games is incorporated
-Flying seems broken

As much I was looking forward to this game. I ended up beating it in ONE afternoon.

This game is NOT very good.

I wouldn't recommend buying it.

Rent it if you are a die-hard fan.

But I'm as Die-Hard as they come when it comes to the Jak series and even this was BAD!!!

Major Disappointment : Jak and Daxter Lost Frontier
