Ah - you can't judge a book by it's cover.

Man, I stopped watching Powerpuff girls cause my friends would make fun of me.

But it is surprisingly artistic and creative, though a few animation fillers are obvious.

Now this is an interesting character.

A rather demented looking creature with a soft side for children. Isn't that a popular ironic display of affection of a monster?

(*The episode was very funny, why did those girls imagine themselves in a Frank Miller comic - lol)

See, why don't they make Pokemon like this?

With monsters that actaully LOOK dangerous.

If I'm correct, the show's audience was actually meant for teens.

Maybe they need to make another version of Pokemon, one for older audiences.
It's that nostalgia that really keeps the gamers playing the new titles.

I'm just amazed that figurines like those were once all white, and people just paint over it. It's very pro. I have to try it someday.

Apparently that little ghost is being quite 'fresh'.

Wouldn't it fun if being dead meant you could just not have a care in the world.

Although I wonder, MS paint is pretty limited in it's effects. So this isn't to bad.

Obviously you'll have more of a positive effect if done on Photoshop.

But other than that you've got the 'physics' down pat.

I would work on making individual high-lights or shading to emphasize the hair strands.

It is eerily similar to a real life experience of a Fish Man.

The art features a dramatic background with good use of colors.

A bit on the "modern" style, but that's what I like about it.

I can see this being sprayed on a wall in some alley and photographed for a museum.

The way how Jellyfish swim, you'd think they were just floating around in the sky.

Perhaps this could be a concept in a movie, aliens who's spaceships look like flying jelly fish.
