It indeed a different image of RB...

He seems almost like...more of a hero than a maniac.

A stoic individual - silent in the face of arrogance and anger.

Not his true character but it's cool.

The painted look as Mindchamber puts it, has a real "dream-esque" feel to it.

Good job Beast boy.

beastkid7 responds:

Glad you like it. -lol yeah- Brutal isn't really my specialty.

Cute - you gave yourself Dexter eyes

Kinda like how I gave myself "Brock" eyes.

Turtle neck sweaters and glasses.

A real intellectual.

PixelCake responds:

Well they are Mandark-shaped glasses :)

I was wondering when you were going to post this.

Still waiting on the original to be delivered but hey, it takes a while right!?
Damn postal service.

Your old school style from the humble paper with mild tweaks on the computer makes your art favorable and valuable.

BECAUSE! This is how all artists should begin, with a paper and pencil.

Bravo dude.

dommi-fresh responds:

hopefully it will get to you A-OK message me when it arrives buddy.

They say Japanese steel is strong

But DAMN, that girl's gonna melt that sword!

Uber Hotness and amazing use of the rising sun logo that is most heinously Japan's greatest in achievements.

EXCELLENT!

BizarroJoe responds:

HAGANE NO ONANI JUTSU!!!
(That's how I like it! Before getting intelectual, you have to be visceral!
The name I had for this pic before the current one was "Hagane", d'you know?
I also recomend check Wikipedia's "Yamato Nadeshiko" article... It's amazing how everything seem to get together without being previously planned!
Loved your comment! Thank you very much!)

Awesome!

It's Awesome + The Power of Awesome Square x the Theory of Awesome Infinity!

Its perfect to see the Baron eating while fighting - that'll be significant to his character.

Thanks again dude!

jouste responds:

hey thank YOU for pointing me out to a ver cool character and game!

man fighting and eating. now there was some simpler times. almost makes me want to don a loincloth, grab a broadsword and become a professional slayer!

thanks a lot pal!

*mega super highfive of DOOM!*

I always found this to be cute

It's not often ghost are portrayed in the style of the old cartoons.

This is an interesting fusion of old and new ideas.

It's like looking at an anime version of casper.

This would suite nicely as a T-Shirt icon.

Sorrygirl99 responds:

omg!
that would be cute~
but i have other ideas ^^

It's bad-ass

But if the eyes of the skulls he was wearing glowed a fiery orange...

That would be even more bad-ass-er.

Man! Everything you do looks so cool!

jouste responds:

hey thanks jak!

he actually has a cryptic gaze spell that comes from red glowy eyes but it kept looking cheesy so i opted out of it.

thanks for the highscore!

*highfives*

The first time you showed me this...

I...laughed SO hard!

You're probably the first person who made the association of an Emu with Emo.

This needs to be a poster for sale!

RatsInTheWall responds:

It is...or was a while back. I abandoned my Cafe Press shop long ago. By now if you go there self-aware evolved mushrooms have built a civilization using low-quality t-shirts as currency.

An artist is free...

often free of his own self-awareness. His imagination emulates through his personality.

Those with no imagination are occupied with logic.

It's not that one is better than the other. Just different.

But only those with logic seem to care.

Albert Einstein once said - that imagination is more important than information.

And it's a good thing your brother is the sane one other wise your bond of electrons won't go together so well.

Your like Abbot and Coestelllo, Loral and Hardy, Plus and Minus.

It's the very concept of where opposites work so well together in a comic.

...

Man...I'm just full of shit aren't i.

Time to skip myself!

XD

Bobert-Rob responds:

Hah, yeah, I definitely enjoy doing these. Sometimes it's as effortless as Rob skipping and Johny being abhorred by it, heh. Good times though, I'm glad you enjoyed it!

The vast amount of details in the background...

is what truly inspires me to be a better artist!

You did all that by hand? Like...just drawing in ink on a piece of paper and then scan and color?

That background is so detailed and amazingly cool!

It fits nicely with this antagonist robot you are presenting.

Go Evil Goldfish!

TheShadling responds:

The background is originally alot bigger, it is the background on my webstie. And the robot was a animated flash element. So both where created seperatly it all was drawn with a tablet in photoshop because its easier to use for a website that way. So this whole picture is cind of a mashup of elements from my website to capture the feeling of it. Thanks for the review Jak.
