Drink - Rooibos Tea *Republic of Tea or Numi Tea

Eat - Spicy Pumpkin Soup

Spicy Pumpkin Soup

1.5-1 ratio of Chicken Soup and Pumpkin Puree
Pinches of fine ground Spices - Thyme, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Nutmeg, or any spices you see fit.
Add salt to taste.

That's the easy way...but if you wanna nerd about it...Follow the Zelda recipe.

If you EVER want to know who would most likely win in a one-to-one fight.

Watch this. It has accurate math and EVERYTHING.

Fans don't cry if your boy didn't win.

It all makes perfect sense if you do the math.

Besides, both heroes are great in their own respect.

And it is technically true that no one is 'truly' better.

Just different.

In this case, one is different because they can win at a one-to-one fight.

:3

Have fun nerd-raging.

What if everyone in the world was psychic and 'super-level' high on their own empathy and sympathy?

If everyone could feel each other and sense when something is wrong.

If everyone could feel each others happiness or sadness.

And that cruelty is like a double edge sword. Whatever done to others is done to yourself.

Would that help us enter a world where we can work better together?

Towards peace?

Or would it generate too much negative attitudes that would over consume us and drive us into madness?

Judging by the state of the world. There is far too much negativity that would over consume most people.

If energy from emotions is like a chain-reaction, then we are not ready for this gift yet.

Before we can build the roof, we need to build the foundation.

We need to get grounded in ourselves first so we don't lose ourselves in madness or bliss.

WARNING THIS IS VERY VERY DISTURBING.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!

My Buddha nature wants me to see the love in all.

But how do you love drunk bastards like them?

This is no different than ancient civilization times. When Romans invaded and raped villagers.

Or when in Hiroshima, soldiers raped innocent school girls.

Rape is the most evil crime I can think of.

And alcohol can bring out our inner selves.

And many of us should not let that out.

I don't want to share these videos....cause it breaks my heart.

I am losing faith in humanity.

But DON'T!

Because as soon as you lose faith in others, you lose faith in yourselves. AND NOTHING WILL GET BETTER.

These boys should deserve punishment.

The wolves of society will have at them.

But again. My Buddha nature taught me not to hate.

I don't want to hate. Hate creates more hate.

It's an emotional energy that feeds off of each other.

And nothing will be learned.

Is that what we've been reduced to? Worshiping false heroes and letting their sins slide by.

I need to meditate on this.

....*30 minutes later.

Sometimes I wish all people could be psychic and sensitive to empathy. That all pain and happiness could be felt. And that cruelty dealt to others is like a double edge sword, hurting the attacker as much the victim.

Considering the state of our world now...can you imagine how much that would actually HURT?

Those people....those rapist above have no feelings. They have no sympathy. No empathy. They are drunk bastards. Numbed by the intoxication of alcohol and boasting to cover their inhibitions and anxieties. Exerting themselves through cruelty to justify their existence.

And they all had the potential to be 'US' as well. We are no different in potential of becoming monsters. Just as they are no different of well...not being rapists.

...

But it's too late now. The act is done.

If they could feel just a fraction of what she felt when she woke up. Then no one would want to rape, or kill, or cheat, or deceive, or .....

What we do to others....we do to ourselves.

Hopefully you will learn and others can learn from this. But the damage is great.

Very very great. Very............very great.

..
..
..

What we do to others....we do to ourselves.

There is still hope though.

So unfortunately no 'on/off' space magic or anything like that.

"Before you build a roof over your house, you need to build the foundation."

http://www.wikihow.com/Enrich-Your-Life

Start each day with something proactive and enriching. If certain activities do not actually make you feel enriching, I would suggest not doing them.

Ex: You may think video game are fun and challenging. But if they make you too frustrated, they could impede your health. Video games in perspective are after all, designed to make you win at some point. But in my opinion, most games steed your 'ego' and sense of 'self-pride' to meet up to the challenge. It's physiologically makes you to want to play. That's what games are. But unfortunately, video games are not exercise based, so our stamina is matched only by our ability to 'sit in one place'.

The secret is to just get 'started'.

Just like how a video game or Facebook is addictive. It is physiologically compulsive to have people want to 'finish' what they start. But media is super quick so we achieve this 'high' whenever we 'achieve' something.

Here's a quick list of things that can be accomplished in a short 15 mins. to 1 hour.

-Pay your bills
-Organize your taxes
-Clean your yard
-Exercise
-Cook a meal
-Practice your art/music/animation
-etc.

Shorter and more 'dedicated' actions daily are more effective than pulling a long day event.

Like a knife to the heart.

Also...I would've NEVER expected Wolverine to sing. LOL I know he's done theatre before but it's the first time I've seen him sing in a movie. He and Russell Crowe were PERFECT so was everyone else.

Damn that movie was really sad.

You can watch the whole play performance.

Read more about it here.

Is profit from art, publications, etc....are they 'tax' free?

And has anyone notice how 'pandering' most news channels are to get people to "hate" or get 'rilled up'.

This is truly an inspirational Flash animation.

Kay people...I've been going over some 'biz' and I gotta say. Been feeling kinda depressed with all the shit that's been going on. I've just been absorbing myself in all the chaos and idiotic conflicts that it's been taking a tax on my spirit.

Here's an example....The Westboro Baptist Church wanted to slander the funeral of the Sandy's massacre. But the fucking KKK decided to cock-block them with aid from the hactivist group Anonymous.

Or how Pastors are blaming the 'gays' for all the murders and climate control.

Civil wars, fighting, rapes, murders....man. I'm not there but I can feel it!

etc. The list goes ON!

I've been 'emotionally' exhausted. There just seems to be so SO much infighting. Environmental and Economic problems.

But....

I'm starting to see the blessing in just being 'alive'.

The fact of the matter is...I am lucky just to be who I am. You are lucky just to be you!

Sure we all wish we were someone else, or looked different, or wanted to feel differently at some point in our lives.

But it all came to me all of a sudden.

"I am Alive" and I have a chance to do something with myself.

No more trudging and living each day after day.

"Let us run with endurance the race that is set before us"

If the statistic in the Flash Animation are true, then I have something not to prove to others....but to prove to myself.

The only one to make proud is the one I see in the mirror.

It's time to live in the present!

We all have incredible potential just because we were born.
